This is also our contact point for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 11 and 12). You can write to us in English or Danish.
2. What these terms cover
Our sites faluf.com, stilhed.faluf.com and our concept pages (stormwatch.faluf.com, deepwater.faluf.com and sendline.faluf.com) and our support. The game itself will come with its own licence terms (an end-user licence agreement), and Steam’s terms apply to anything you get on Steam. If we invite you to test a build before release, it comes with its own short tester terms.
3. Using the sites
Our sites are free, and they are for your personal use. Please don’t attack them, copy them in bulk with automated tools or try to get around their limits.
4. About STILHED and our plans
STILHED is in development, and its features, content and plans may change. Trailers marked “concept trailer” are not in-game footage. We do not promise release dates or prices.
5. How we use AI
We use AI tools to help make our games, trailers and sites. Messages to us are never answered by AI: a person reads every message and writes every answer.
6. Our content
The texts, images, videos, music, names and logos on our sites belong to Danny Møller, trading as Faluf, or are used under licence. You are welcome to share links to our sites and to talk about our games, and to use the pictures and trailers in our press kit in articles, reviews and videos about them. Anything else, such as reusing our images or videos in other ways, needs our permission: write to info@faluf.com. We may publish a policy for creators and videos later.
7. The newsletter
We do not send a newsletter yet. If we start one, these terms will cover it before sign-ups open.
8. Support
We help with questions about our games and sites, bugs and technical problems, privacy, security problems on our sites, press, creators and business. We aim to answer within three working days, but we cannot guarantee it.
We never ask for your password. Please don’t send us passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information, such as details about your health.
9. What you send us
When you send us something, such as a screenshot or a log file, you confirm that you have the right to send it. You give us a free, worldwide, permanent and non-exclusive right to use, change and build on your bug reports, ideas and suggestions, without credit or payment, and you keep your own rights to them. We may already be working on something similar, so sending an idea does not mean that we will use it, or that it was yours first. We never publish your messages without asking you first.
10. Rules for messages
Messages must not contain illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, spam or malware. We may ignore or delete abusive messages and block their senders, and we tell you why where the law requires it. We always answer privacy and legal requests.
11. Links to other sites
Other sites we link to, such as Steam, have their own terms and privacy policies, and those apply when you use them.
12. Availability
Our sites run on our own equipment and may sometimes be offline. We do not guarantee that they are always available.
13. Liability
We are responsible as Danish law provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or takes away your mandatory rights as a consumer.
15. Changes to these terms
Every version of these terms is dated. We give notice on our sites before material changes, and the version in force when you used our sites applies.
16. Law and disputes
Danish law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory rules. If something goes wrong, please contact us first, so that we can put it right.
